Log in to the iServer service management server, and click Data->Data Registration. Enter to the register datastore page (http://{ip}:{port}/iserver/admin-ui/data/dataRegistration), which shows all registered data stores, and click "Store ID" to view detailed storage configuration information. On the data storage page, click Register Datastore button to add new data storage. Since the parameters required to register different databases are different, the configuration information of different databases is described in detail below.
Register the PostGIS database
When registering PostGIS, you need to fill in or select the following parameters:
- Storage ID: User-defined storage ID name, a unique identifier created for the database
- Data store type: Select "Spatial Database".

-
- When multiple editable databases are registered, the database with the fewest data sets is preferred as the storage node.
- When the editable database and iServer DataStore are registered at the same time, the editable database is preferred as the storage node, and the principle of minimum data set is followed.
- If only the iServer DataStore is registered, the iServer DataStore is available as a storage node.
- Uncheck Editable: The database cannot be used as a storage node for directory service uploading relational data.
